Guest Cottage (Hale Kipa), a charming cottage looking out on the forest floor, with a double futon couch and woodburning stove, sleeping loft with double bed, kitchen and dining area, bathroom which opens onto ferns and flowers and a Jacuzzi Hot Tub in Forest Pavilion.
Forest House, (Hale Nahele), pictured opposite, an octagon living space with private forest entrance, domed skylight, queen bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, private bath and Jacuzzi Hot Tub in Forest Pavilion.
Sanctuary, (Hale Ho'ano), hexagon cedar structure, secluded in the forest adjacent to the outdoor bathhouse with private o'furos (soaking tub) and outdoor shower, Japanese country style interior.

Breakfast

Delight in a breakfast of fresh tropical fruit, eggs, cereal and fresh baked goods. Kona coffee, butter, milk, teas and juice all provided in each accommodation.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks. Full amount required to hold reservation. Personal checks must be received within one week of phone confirmation.
Adjusted Reservation Fee for change in cottages and/or dates will apply.
In the event of cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less 15%.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be forfeited unless date(s) can be rebooked.
No refunds or cancellations at holiday times, including Merrie Monarch and Kilauea Wilderness Run.
